Finding Courage
Closing his eyes for a moment, Theo took a deep, steadying breath. He shifted his gaze, refusing to look downward. Instead, his attention focused on the stranded calf, its eyes wide with fright. That look, that innocent plea for help, drove Theo forward. Fear was pushed to the background, replaced by a rush of newfound courage. He was here for the calf, and nothing else mattered.
