No Mirrors
Salva had all mirrors removed from his store. He didn’t want Josete to see himself until he was completely transformed. But there was a mirror on the other side of the window. Salva asked Josete if he wanted it to be opened or closed.
He responded, “Open now, to see myself like this for the last time. Then we close them to see if, when they open again, something else opens up in my life. Like a symbol.” Salva then got to work.
