Too Many Substitutions
Would you tell a painter how to paint their masterpiece? Probably not, so why should you dictate how to the chef’s cooking? Substituting ingredients for dishes without any thought, with no regard for the chef’s vision, will only drive them mad. A chef is an artist, and the delicious meal they have created is a work of art — so let them be the judge of their craft unless your substitution involves life-threatening allergies.
