Whenever a Blue Hawaiian is ordered, bartenders try to suppress the urge to roll their eyes. This is because once someone spots the drink that resembles Kool-Aid, they follow suit and order the same thing. Inevitably, it results in an entire bar full of blue-tinted drinkers who are attempting to do the hula dance.
