Peter Was Fired
His boss decided to put Peter on indefinite leave. His employer informed him that he could no longer do his ranger duties. Peter was correct to think that no one believed him about the story. Even though he saw what he saw, no one took him seriously.
But he still knew that what he saw that day was completely real. Peter’s supervisors and coworkers thought something terrible was happening to him. Maybe he had a painful experience which led to him seeing things that weren’t really there.
