What a Deal
I’m Pakistani, but I look white/Arab. I have very pale skin, light-colored eyes, etc. Most other people who speak Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi assume I don’t understand. I was in a mobile shop looking for a charger. I overheard one of the guys working say in Punjabi, “Just charge her £10 extra. She won’t know.” I told him quite calmly in Punjabi that I’d like it for £10 off, thank you. 104wpr
