Timothy spent the whole day in anxiety-mode and refused to come out of his room to eat dinner. Teresa had no idea why a simple doctor’s appointment would cause so much stress in the child. Had he done something on purpose that would cause his hearing to worsen? Was he afraid of getting in trouble for whatever was going on?
