A Bombshell
Jaime really surprised Maria when he let her know that he was in contact with his mother, it was just none of her business. Maria felt gaslighted and hurt by his comment, but tried not to let Jaime see that she was hurt by it. This hurt Maria’s trust in Jaime, but if everything else in their relationship was perfect, she wasn’t sure if she should let this issue cause them to breakup.
