On The Run
The brothers ran for about ten minutes, even though it felt like hours, their legs aching and their lungs burning. But they couldn’t stop, not even for a second. They had to keep moving or the alligator would catch them. Finally, they saw a tree up ahead, and they knew that was their only chance. They climbed the tree as fast as they could, and just in time.
