Tough Beginnings
Cindy was a young girl like many of the children on the bus – but her childhood was quite hard. By 12 she had been in 8 foster homes in only one year.
She naturally became a rebel in her teens so they tried to approach things in a different light. They wanted to send her to someone she wouldn’t expect.
