Tough Beginnings
Cindy like everyone was once a young girl. She had gone to eight foster in a single year at the age of twelve. She had grown out of her “cute” phase, at least according to prospective adopters.
As she grew into her teenagehood she started to rebel. They knew they had to do something else if it were to work. They couldn’t try the naive couple, not anymore.
