Oversleeping
Abby had become accustomed to Evelyn’s crying acting as her alarm clock, but today, she had slept two hours longer than usual. She rushed out of bed to check what was happening.
Slowly making her way down the hall, she still couldn’t hear anything coming from the infant’s bedroom. Could she still be asleep?
Usually, the little girl woke up at least once in the morning. This felt off.
