Mr. Minky was well-known to everybody.
The majority of citizens have seen Mr. Minky stroll the streets at least once and adored him. Everyone James asked to keep an eye out for him did so. At first, Jame was overjoyed since so many people were willing to provide a hand, and he held out hope that he would see Mr. Minky again soon. But outcomes were not what he had hoped for.
