Losing Hope
A honeymoon traditionally follows the wedding and is considered to be a magical and romantic getaway. However, Diana couldn’t help but have doubts even during such a special moment. In the book Diana:: I’m Going To Be Me: The People’s Princess Revealed In Her Own Words she told Simone Simmons, “I was bored, it was like being stuck with an 80-year-old man.” Since this was the first time they went on holiday as a married couple, this was most certainly not a good sign.
