Around Elberta, several enterprises began to grow. This didn’t appear to be an issue at first; after all, the town’s economy was booming, and people were effortlessly able to find work, which was a positive development.
But it wasn’t long before it became clear that these enterprises were emitting pollution that was jeopardizing the region’s major industry: agriculture.
