Freddie’s parents were not among Quincy’s wealthiest residents. They’d go garbage diving after school, looking for anything useful for their kid to play with. Because Freddie lacked companions, he began accompanying his father on his treasure hunt.
The purpose of Freddie’s search was to find a Gateway computer. He’d developed an inexplicable craving for electronics, and only such a magnificent machine could satiate his hunger.
