Stressful Day
On the day she received the note, Courtney was feeling terrible. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place, and that had her worrying. She didn’t know if she’d be able to make ends meet, and her due date was drawing nearer. By April 1st, she’d be a mother, and she had to be prepared.
Things were only made worse by the fact that she and the baby’s father ended their relationship on a sour note. She was going into it all on her own.
