No Speed Limits
In Italy, there is almost no limit to how much space should be given between a speeding car and any barriers it passes (including people).
A bus driver will maneuver a bus down a small cobblestone street at a rapid speed, leaving only a centimeter between the bus and any parked automobiles, walls, ancient monuments, or children playing.
