Intruders
“So this is your house after all, Hawthorne,” the masked intruder at the front began. Robert was visibly shocked, not only at the entire situation, but at the fact that this man knew his name. He was also taken aback by how young this person’s voice sounded from under the mask. In a way, this eased Robert’s nerves slightly. He began looking around to see if there was anything he could use as a weapon or a way to escape. The men were standing so close and also looking around the living room, presumably for things to steal, and Robert had nowhere to go.
