“We heard you’re a tough guy, Vietnam Vet. Give us what we want and maybe we won’t hurt you,” the intruder continued. Robert tried to play off his fear, smirking in the face of the intruders who had so cruelly interrupted his peaceful afternoon. He was more confused than anything. After all, what could these people possibly want from him? He certainly didn’t parade anything valuable around or make it clear that he was a worthwhile target. The next question that popped into his head was why these people had given him this nickname. How did they know that he was a veteran?
