The bikers knew that the best way to achieve anything with these squatters would be to approach them peacefully first. John agreed that there was no need for any kind of rash action. The bikers and John decided that the whole group would go to the house together, and John would explain the legal situation while the bikers acted as witnesses. Hopefully, the squatters would be reasonable and agree to vacate the premises. No one would want any further conflict, right?
