Hostility Grows
The squatters began talking over John as he tried to speak to them calmly. They started cursing and even threatening him. John and the bikers were very aware of a possible escalating situation, and while he really wanted to say something back to them, John knew it wouldn’t help him take back what was his. Without risking legal repercussions, there was nothing John and the bikers could do, so they decided to take a step back and regroup. Now that they knew the squatters were hostile and not afraid of violence, they needed a completely new plan.
