Moving Quickly
As always, the bikers were quick on their feet and had an idea. They would stay at the house, keeping an eye on the property and the squatters, while John went into town to retrieve his paperwork from the city offices. John knew he had no other choice, so he quickly got in his car and headed to town. He was nervous. While the group of bikers could handle themselves, he was worried about the tense standoff they would have in his absence and any possible future damage they would cause to his house. He sped up at the thought.
