Mike Received A Phone Call
Mike had recently devised a plan when he received a phone call. Ordinarily, he wouldn’t answer calls during work, but the distinct number caught his attention – it was from Taylor’s school. Intuitively, he sensed that the news couldn’t be good.
Answering the phone, he listened to the principal on the other end of the receiver. What they conveyed prompted Mike to hastily head to his car.
