Mike thought that it was all over. Taylor would notice the contraption and then tell Tiffany. But then he noticed something: she was so tired that she wasn’t even looking into the room.
“I’ll tuck you in and tell you a story, Sweetie,” He said, rushing her out of the room. He locked the door behind him and took her to bed. He kept his promise and read a story to her. He watched her fall into dreamland and kissed her forehead. Now, it was time for action.
