Obsessed
Scott was obsessed with getting payback, but he could bide his time. Once he got mad, he would never let go of a grudge, even if it meant that he’d have to do some serious plotting to get things to work out for himself. He was still coming up with new ways to be an annoyance which included taking up woodworking and using his loud tools in the front yard every afternoon when he returned home from work. He’d do it until the couple died or moved out if he had to, and that was well within the measures of his plan. He would be a constant reminder of their unacceptable behavior, and he’d never let it go. They would soon realize that they had made a huge mistake when they crossed him and most of all, they would learn to never, ever mess with young Evie ever again, or things would get incrementally worse.
