Pressing Her Buttons
For six months, Shenna took delight in irking her neighbor. She came up with a few genius plans to show the other woman that she didn’t care at all what she had to say. Shenna wasn’t one to let anyone control her. She had made a life for herself completely on her own and no one could take her freedoms away from her. She purposely didn’t mow the front lawn but made sure to mow the backyard. You see, she wanted to make a display of bagging those cuttings and putting them out on the front lawn for her neighbor to see. Her plan worked and Alice was boiling with anger at what she had done. Alice hadn’t expected that Shenna would carry on doing the exact thing that she told the other woman not to do. That’s when Alice decided to retaliate.
