A Mothers Worry
Gina tried to talk some sense into her daughter. She kept apologizing but it wasn’t enough for the distraught mother. She felt like she had failed as a parent. “You should have known better, girl, what? Did he force you?”

Lisa looked guilty. “It’s your birthday in a couple of months, some sweet sixteen you’re going to have.”
