The exploratory team informed Belize’s authorities of their findings. “It was mostly dark and silent down there. We informed the appropriate authorities, and everyone decided to the cave alone. They are at peace,” said one of the expedition’s members to the press.
So a lot of questions, including the location of the third diver, remain unanswered. We may never know what goes on at the bottom of the oceans, but it is indeed a fascinating subject.
