Mark knew enough about the airline industry to understand that problems were usually not any one person’s fault. Sometimes it was the airport, sometimes the airline, and sometimes it was just dumb luck or mother nature. He understood other passengers’ frustration but couldn’t see why they would yell at staffers who didn’t cause the problems in the first place.
