Trapped Dog
It was a day in June when residents residing near 88th Street near Third Avenue saw that a dog had been locked inside a parked car. They saw it alone and hoped the owner would be back soon.
Their hope turned into despair when they realized no one was coming for the dog. It was up to them to do something.
