Toy boats used for saving people
Days before the storm hit, many residents had already evacuated the city in anticipation of the predicted high-impact winds. It was unusual for the rescue crew to operate directly in the city, but today their assistance was required more than ever, so they resumed their assessments of the street in their little rescue boats.
