James from the rescue team noticed the dog when he was surveying the area. As he approached the backside of the mall toward the abandoned building, he heard loud barking. It didn’t take long for him to reach the dog, and he quickly got to work on untying him. But as soon as the dog was freed, James realized that he wasn’t dealing with an ordinary situation.
