The Suspect’s Brother
On a relatively routine day, Ramirez was called to investigate a domestic dispute at someone’s home. When he arrived and began talking to one of the people there, he realized he was speaking to the suspect’s brother. The suspect’s brother worked for the sewer department and had no prior arrests.
