Ramirez suddenly dropped down and crawled underneath the suspect’s car. He began banging hard underneath the side passenger’s seat. Ramirez’s fellow officers were beyond confused. Suddenly, they heard a loud plop. Ramirez crawled back out from underneath the car holding a round piece of the car floor.
