Contacting The Number
A passerby found a manufacturer’s phone number written on the cover of the storm sewer. Dave quickly took out his mobile phone from his backpack and made a call. A minute later someone answered the phone. Dave explained the situation more politely and calmly than ever before, and finally he asked, “Is there anything I can do?” He finally sees hope.
