Like a Soap Opera
I literally almost lost my life in the most soap opera way imaginable. I was waiting for an elevator at my hotel on the 12th floor. I was on my phone, playing freaking Angry Birds of all things.
I was hardly paying attention when the door opened, but then I got a weird feeling and looked up to see that the shaft was empty.
