Packing her bags, Lisa was getting ready to leave the hotel she had been staying in. Outside her door, officers were waiting to take her to the station. She had known all of this would happen, but she was still scared.
Walking out the door, she steeled her resolve and was ready to face her fate. However, what she found outside shocked her. “You are free to go,” one of the officers told her. All the charges against you have been dropped.
