Taking Charge
The day that James started at the diner, he took charge. His idea was to develop the cozy diner into a fine dining restaurant, which would suck out all its warmth.
Chitchat with the patrons was forbidden. There was to be no joking around.
And only a couple of minutes of attention were to be given to any one table.
