Not Coming Back
Walter watched on as, one by one, all the diner’s regular customers stopped coming back. It was obvious why – they wanted the warmth and friendly service they were accustomed to. With that missing, they didn’t bother coming.
Walter was finally recognizing the magnitude of the problem.
Another decision was now upon him regarding this attitude, and he’d already pretty much made up his mind.
