39. Superman Wannabe
A guy is hired to operate a radio-controlled crane in a 12-meter high industrial warehouse. On his first day during a break, he uses the crane to lift himself up as high as the crane goes and then “drives around.”

He was not wearing any kind of safety harness. I think he had attached himself to the crane hook with his belt. The shift boss saw him dangling from the ceiling, playing Superman.
He was fired super fast.
