40. Phone Monitoring
She checked her phone approximately every five minutes. I told her to put it away after two hours of this crap. She did, then when she thought I wasn’t looking, pulled out a SECOND phone.
I asked her why she was so obsessed with using her phone at work. She was checking up on her boyfriend in case he cheated while she was at work. :/
So I told her again to put her phone away. She was at work, and using phones was against the rules.
She kept pulling it out and using it, so I eventually told her to go home, and the money for that shift would be in her account at the end of the week, but she was no longer required.
She seemed really shocked!
