65. Hands Off
Had a staff member come up to me and say money had gone missing from his locker (he didn’t use a padlock for some stupid reason). I checked CCTV, and a new starter that day went through the lockers and took stuff out.
Luckily, he was still on the shop floor working. I had to stop the staff member from going out and punching him.
I called the police and just left the guy working till they arrived, showed them the CCTV, called him into the office, and he admitted it straight away.
