70. Unsafe Activity
I had an employee who walked behind an aircraft engine twice while the engine was running. The first time, he was lucky that the engine was just a small regional aircraft.
The second time, he wasn’t so lucky. He walked behind an A330-300 engine and was flung close to 40 ft.
Mind you, this guy was easily over 300 pounds. After he healed up from his injuries, we let him go for his sake.
