Samantha was taken aback when the trainer told her the class was full, even though there was plenty of machines left. She was left with questions, feeling like she was being deliberately excluded from somewhere she belonged. Every time she entered the gym, she expected to be met with more of the same. She felt hurt and confused, and it was hard to push away the feeling that something strange was going on.
