The Burden Fell on Joe’s Shoulders
Sadly, because Joe cleared up the trash and had it hauled away to the dump (as its original owner should have done) he couldn’t search through it to find any identifying items. But, it wasn’t long before someone else came onto his property to leave some rubbish behind.
