Egg and Cheese Fast Food Fails

My understanding is that your scrambled egg offering doesn’t come with cheese. Here, the customer requested the addition of cheese to the order. But they didn’t say, “Add cheese on top of my eggs.” So not only is there no quality or aesthetic problem here, it’s not even a failure of customer service. This is fine.
