Saving Animals
They often have to save animals from all kinds of situations—up trees, on roofs, under buildings, and between pipes. But they don’t only save cats and dogs, these rescues include fish, turtles, parrots, pigeons, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and budgies.
Over the years, the Colorado Springs Firefighters have become local heroes of citizens and their pets. But sadly, not all animals have loving families that provide for them.
