A Disappointing Reality
The group had been scratching their heads for a while before they came up with an idea. It’s possible that no canine mom had dumped her litter into the sewer; maybe a cruel dog owner had done it. It made more logic, but the concept made the crew sick to their stomachs. Perhaps the dog’s owner didn’t want to take care of the pups and abandoned them here to die. It was a horrible idea, but such things have happened before.
