There Is No Indicator
The crew waited patiently for the mother fox to return over the course of many nights. There had been hope at first, but now it just looked like a hopeless endeavor. It had been days since anybody had seen the mother fox, and it didn’t seem that she was returning at night, either. She apparently had no clue what had happened to the infants, and the team feared for her safety. It was clear that these infants needed a new mother since they no longer had one.
